Originally from Melbourne, where Lincoln fronted renowned rock bands The Legs and Dead River Deeps, Lincoln has now embraced the port town of Fremantle as his new home, and formed his ultimate rock band, The Wrecking Train. Before moving to Fremantle, Lincoln spent three years in the remote central Australian town of Tennant Creek (NT). Rich in stories of survival, friendship, love and loss, this red-desert town inspired a spree of songwriting and formed the inspiration for Lincoln’s second studio album, ‘Sparks Will Fly’.
Lincoln’s live performances have been generating high levels of enthusiasm amongst his expanding and devoted fan base. On stage, he skips between the shadows and the light, mesmerising audiences with his unique brand of rock n roll and irresistible sing-alongs.
So kiss your lonely days goodbye, it’s time to knock over some beer glasses as Lincoln MacKinnon and The Wrecking Train bring their savage glee to the stage, to the world.
