Sara is in charge of Groover’s development in Australia and Canada. The innovative new web platform effectively connects artists who want to promote their music with the best media, radios and labels seeking emerging talents. We aim to improve pitching to a win/win combo.
Aside from this mandate, her latest achievements include spearheading the marketing strategy and branding of LVL UP, a hip hop and digital arts festival that attracted 22 000 concertgoers (headliners : Ms. Lauryn Hill and J Balvin) on its first year edition. She has also been involved in managing the careers of some of Canada’s top and emerging artists as well as overseeing the development of projects both locally and internationally as label manager for canadian indie powerhouse Indica Records. Her unique set of skills spawning from publicity and marketing to project management, development and strategy make her a precious ally on any music related endeavours.
She also has at heart the place of women in the music industry and has thus co-founded the Montreal chapter of the international non-profit organization Women in Music in 2017. WIM is an organization with a mission to advance the awareness, equality, diversity, and opportunities, of women in the musical arts through education, support, empowerment, and recognition.
